Is Father's Torah Still Truth Today?

In a world where truth is subjective and morality has less boundaries than ever, how does one even attempt to know what truth is, according to the Creator? While many would quickly say “The Bible, of course!”, that’s not *really* true. Most really mean, the New Testament. The “Old” Testament is just that - “old” - and not really applicable anymore, for those “in Jesus.” (Except for the promises and blessings anyway.) The modern church is declining deeper and deeper into immorality and apostasy. One can kill an unborn child in their womb, dress as a drag queen, watch all manner of entertainments. Just about anything goes. What the Body is “free in Jesus” to do now is endless. Worse yet, clergy and laity alike hide in shadows of debauchery all while serving the Body and no one even knows.
So, amidst all of this chaos, what is righteousness? What is truth? How in the world does one even really know? The manipulation of apostolic doctrines promote endless grace that accommodates loose living. Of course there is the Torah (which is just the Bible you know) but, well… that’s just archaic and “for another people” that is simply not us. I would propose for your consideration that the current condition of those claiming to make up the Body of Messiah is the fruit on the tree of lawlessness. The entire Word of Elohim has constantly warned us that it would happen, yet we are here just the same. So, could it be possible that it is because men are simply ungoverned? There is no black and white. There are no absolutes. There have not been for a very long time. Despite the evidence that is all about us, Christianity always blames “the evil world.” I think it’s time we blame ourselves. Generation after generation have continually moved out from righteousness and truth. Yeshua had only been gone a couple hundred years before the latest version of religious leaders emerged and enstated their own law – their own righteousness. They possess apostolic truth and will deliver it to you as they see best. They had (have) no issue whatsoever in telling you that they usurped the authority either. It’s all in plain sight, yet most evangelicals have little to no idea that they serve a state/Catholic doctrine, code of living and even a way to errantly interpret the Bible in order to serve their agenda. Fast forward thousands of years and here we are. The plan worked perfectly. The Torah of the Almighty has been deemed burdensome and archaic. It is taught as being some horrible obligation that the Son came to somehow “set us free from” as if It, in Messiah, became a dreadful way to live. Friend, what deemed Yeshua (Jesus) perfectly sinless? What made Him perfect? What Law of His Father did He adhere to flawlessly and then tell all who would follow Him to go and do likewise? His Father’s wonderful Torah. Yahweh’s righteous, *perfect* Torah. Hordes of people are having a revelation that we have not known righteousness. We have not walked in truth. We have not been free at all. It is mere bondage to a man-made religion, perfectly masquerading as truth. We have been guilty of wayward living that has disparaged the Body into a weak and worldly people that are primarily indiscernable entirely. I love to ask Christians who are truly willing to engage and be honest, this question: When you think towards the Torah, what do you think of? Almost all say something to the effect of “that was how the Jews pleased God before Jesus came, but in Jesus, now we’re free from those oppressive requirements.” So, with this common belief in mind, what do we do? The cure is the same as the entire Bible reveals. Return. We must “Stand by the ways and see and ask for the ancient paths, where the good way is, and walk in it.” (Jeremiah 6:16) Those who are willing to walk in Messiah’s footsteps - willing to abandon the religious lies of this age that tell us that they have created a better way - these will find true freedom. These will find righteousness. These will find truth. Yahweh’s truth. Selah.
